Adam started his music career when he was a kid in middle school. He played with his friends as a guitarist, rather than the keyboardist which he is known for in Maroon 5. He played with his friends Jesse Carmichael and Mickey Madden. Their first gig was at a school dace.

Adam is not exactly what you call a small town guy. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He lives on a ranch style home in Hollywood. If you ask me it's more like a rock and roll paradise.
